Shipping & returns
Digital downloads
Nothing ships. Your files are available the moment you pay — a link appears on the confirmation screen and a copy is emailed to you. There is no shipping cost, no customs and no waiting, wherever you are in the world.
If your order is digital only, you will not be asked for a shipping address at all.
Because downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are generally non-refundable. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what the listing described, email info@shopotle.com and we will fix it or refund you.
Apparel
Every tee is printed to order in the United States, so there is a short production window before your parcel leaves. Once it ships you will get a tracking number by email.
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination. The exact cost and delivery estimate for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay — no surprises at the last step. We ship to most countries.
Returns
If an apparel order is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it, and we cover return postage.
To start a return, email info@shopotle.com with your order number and what went wrong. We will send you a return label and instructions. Once the item is back with us, your refund goes to the original payment method.
Items should come back unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached.
Wrong, damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply is not what you ordered, do not bother with the returns process — just email us a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you, and you keep the original. That is on us, not you.
Wrong size?
Covered by the 30-day return above. Have a look at the size guide before you order and it probably will not come up.
Lost or delayed parcels
Tracking sometimes stalls for a few days without anything actually being wrong. If your parcel has not moved for a week past its estimated delivery date, email us and we will chase the carrier and sort it out.
