Digital downloads
When do I get my files?
Immediately. A download link appears on the confirmation screen the moment you pay, and a copy is emailed to you. Nothing ships.
My download email never arrived.
Check spam and promotions first — it will be from Shopotle. If it is genuinely missing, email info@shopotle.com with your order number and we will resend it the same day.
Can I download the files again later?
Yes. Your files do not expire. Keep the email, or write to us and we will send a fresh link.
What sizes do the posters come in?
16×20, 18×24 and 24×36 inches, plus A4, A3 and A2. All six are included in the price — you are not buying one size. See how to print your download for the full detail.
Do I need a special printer?
No. A home printer handles A4 and A3 well on decent photo paper. For 18×24 and larger, a local print shop or an online printer will give you a better result for a few dollars.
Can I sell prints made from these files?
No. Files are licensed for personal use — your home, your office, a gift. Not for resale or commercial use.
Can I get a refund on a digital file?
Because downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are generally non-refundable. That said, if a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what the listing described, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. We would rather sort it out than have you stuck with something unusable.

How are the tees made?
Printed to order in the United States. Nothing is pre-printed or warehoused, which is why there is a short production window before your order ships.
What sizes do you carry?
XS through 4XL on most designs, and up to 5XL on some. See the size guide.
How do I wash them?
Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low. Skip the iron directly on the print. Do that and the artwork will outlast the shirt.
Where do you ship?
Most countries. Enter your address at checkout and you will see the exact rates and delivery estimate for where you are before you pay.

Possibly — the list is shaped by what people ask for. Email info@shopotle.com and tell us which city and we will add it to the queue.
Can I buy the artwork for a business, a bar, an office?
Not under the standard personal licence, but write to us. Commercial use can usually be arranged.
